Shipping & Processing Policy

Shipping Policy 

The cost of shipping is calculated for you at checkout.

Please note: Deliveries are handled by different couriers for certain products USPS UPS FEDEX OR DHL couriers may handle your order. Therefore all times given below are estimated delivery times. There is a small chance that your delivery may come earlier or later than specified when order is placed. 

You will be sent an email when your order is dispatched. Please ensure that your email and physical address is correct at checkout.

Shipping 

• We ship out in the order of your purchase date. Your order holds your place in line. 
• Orders on lights are all preorder Items
• Tracking will not be assigned until your unit is next in line to ship out.
• Tracking will be emailed to you when your order has been processed & shipped 
• We will keep you informed every step of the way

Processing Times

Digital products are delivered immediately via email. No shipping or processing applies for digital orders

Standard orders are subject to 7-14 day shipping and processing time respective of business hours. I am only one person I handle all processing. Orders placed off business days will be processed the next business day. 

Ex: if you place order on Monday we will not start to process until Tuesday when we reopen.

Preorder Items

Some products may be preorder. Preorder items will have a longer process time and shorter ship time. Normally 14-30 days are needed to process preorder items. There is a chance your order may come earlier or later than specified on site.
